Are custom fitters available?

Yes. Custom fitters are available for a small up charge.

What are the lead times for an order?

This can vary, but we typically run 4 weeks from date of order. Import shades are usually available to ship in 1-2 business days.

Are custom sizes available?

Custom sizes are available and can be quoted by emailing info@lakeshorestudiosllc.com or calling customer service at (601) 483-0980.

Are there minimum order requirements?

There is no minimum requirement for our dealers; however, any order under $50.00 will be charged a $5.00 handling charge. New dealers are required to make a minimum $500 purchase for their initial order.

Can a customer use their own fabric?

Customers are welcome to send us their own fabric to use, however, 100% silk is not recommended.

Can an order be drop shipped?

We can drop-ship an order to another location. There is a $5.00 drop-ship charge.

Can anyone buy from Lake Shore?

We are a wholesale manufacturer, and do not sell to the individual public. You may look at the dealer locations to find the nearest dealer to you.

Can my retail price be printed on the tags?

Yes, pre-priced tags are available. Call customer service with your mark-up and how to round-up the price.

Do you offer a printed catalog?

Yes. Please contact customer service to have them sent to you. The PDF version is also available as a download on our website.

Do you stock ready made shades?

We have an imported line of shades that are in stock and ready to ship in 24-48 hours.

How do I properly measure a lampshade?

Our measurements are based on top dimension x bottom dimension x slant height.

How will my order ship?

Most orders will ship via Fed-ex Ground. If the order is large in quantity, it will ship via truck collect. You have the option to specify a certain carrier if you prefer.
